Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply for “Lady Gaga Monster Hall Concert” radio contest to be run on SEA FM on the Central Coast from Monday 20^th February 2012 – Friday 25^th February 2012.

 

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with SEA FM’s General Contest Rules. Where there is inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

Both these terms and conditions and the SEA FM General Contest Rules can be collected at the SEA FM reception desk at 49 Henry Parry Drive, Gosford, during business hours, and can be downloaded from the website at www.myseafm.com.au

 

1.         METHOD OF ENTRY

 

To enter listen out for one of the three Lady Gaga songs played daily between 9am – 4pm on 101.3 Sea FM.

When you hear the song call through to the studio on 13 12 16.

If you connect with the studio and are announced the winner by the Sea FM jock you will win Lady Gaga’s latest CD “born this way” as a minor prize.

You will then be put in the weekly draw which will be drawn on Friday February 25^th between 2-4pm.

 

1. COMPETITION NOTES:

 

- You can not go in the draw more than once.

- All entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter this competition.

- Tickets are not redeemable for cash.

- Tickets may not be exchanged

- Sea FM will provide the winner with a voucher for the accommodation - prior to their stay.

- If any damaged are incurred during the winners stay at the North Sydney - - Harbourview Apartments it is at full responsibility of the winner and have no reflection on Sea FM.

 

3.         NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZE(s)

 

 

1 x double pass to Lady Gaga concert at Monster Hall on Wednesday 20^th june 2012.

1 x nights twin share accommodation at North Sydney Harbourview, Sydney. Inclusive of breakfast.

 

 

 

4.         USE OF PHOTOS etc.

It is a condition of entry that SEA FM has the right to publicise the names, characters, likenesses or voices of any contestants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition.

The winner may also be required by SEA FM to participate in a photo session and acknowledges that SEA FM has the right to use such publicity photos in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that person advises SEA FM at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.

Contestants also acknowledge that their photo may be used for a promotional display at the prize provider’s location.

 

Contestants consent to their entry being read out on air and to their telephone and other conversations with SEA FM being broadcast on air.

 

5.         INDEMNITY

All contestants release from, and indemnify SEA FM Central Coast Pty Ltd (ACN 003 644 353) and Southern Cross Austereo (ACN 109 243 110) against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

 

6.         NOTIFICATION

All prize winners will be notified within 24hrs of winning.

 

1. All prizes are non transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

 

1. No person may enter the contest more than once.

 

1. No person may win more than one prize.

 

1. Winners will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to their receipt of their prize.

 

1. Employees and their immediate families of SEA FM Central Coast Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.

 

1. If any winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, that prize may at the absolute discretion of SEA FM be awarded to that winner’s parent or guardian.

 

1. If in the course of a telephone call the telephone line drops out or breaks up SEA FM may at its absolute discretion proceed to another caller. In such event, SEA FM will not be responsible for the awarding of any prize to the caller whose line dropped out or broke up.

 

1. SEA FM Central Coast Southern Cross Austereo will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.

 

1. All winners of all prizes must sign these terms and conditions and the SEA FM General Contest Rules, in a form prescribed by SEA FM Central Coast Pty Ltd in order to receive their prize.

 

1. In all matters, all decisions of SEA FM staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

 

1. The judge’s decision is final.
